This policy explains what information Job Search Command Center collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It should be read alongside our Usage Policy and Terms of Service.
Job Search Command Center (the "App") is operated by SaaS DAK515 LLC ("the Company," "we," "us"). This policy applies to information collected through the App, including its website, dashboard, and AI-powered features.

When you upload a resume — or a LinkedIn profile you choose to attach as a PDF export or pasted text, to give our AI tools real profile content instead of just a URL — the file or text is sent to our AI provider to generate the results you requested and is not stored after processing — only the resulting analysis (summaries, scores, suggestions) is saved to your account. We do not use your content to train our own AI models.
Any LinkedIn profile you upload must be your own. We never log into, access, or scrape LinkedIn on your behalf — this feature only works with content you export or paste yourself, using LinkedIn's own tools.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not currently send marketing emails.
We share information with a small number of service providers, only as needed to operate the App:

We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We use a single, essential cookie to keep you signed in — an HttpOnly
session token that cannot be read by JavaScript and is not used for tracking or
advertising. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising
cookies.
If you are located in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights (for example, the EU/EEA, UK, or California), you may have additional rights under applicable law; contact us and we will address your request in accordance with that law.
Passwords are hashed using industry-standard cryptographic methods and are never stored in plain text. Access to administrative tools is restricted and authenticated separately from regular accounts. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information.
The App is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our servers and service providers are located in the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
